Donning the Ihraam to Enter Makkah

Q: Hajj-11: After completing Hajj, we went to Madinah. Thereafter, we needed to return to Jeddah to leave for home. However, because of a delay in our transport, we needed to stay for ten to fifteen days in Jeddah. Rather than staying over in Jeddah, we opted to stay over in Makkah. Need we don the Ihraam for this?

Answer: You will have to don the Ihraam for Umrah to enter Makkah. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
