Question 949) - Can the creditors be kept away from him after he was released when no wealth was discovered?

A: They will not be kept away from him. They may not prevent him from trading and travelling. They may demand payment and may take from his earnings anything in excess of his expenditure upon himself and his family. They will divide the excess in proportion to their claims.
