Question 1067) - If the shafi' has done all this but delays lodging his claim by the judge, does he forfeit the claim?

A: According to Imaam Abu Hanifa RAH. his claim does not drop if he has made Talabul Muwathabah and Talabut raqrir. According to Imaam Muhammed RAH. it is forfeited if he leaves it for a month.
