Question 1896) - What is the ruling if he lost his hearing or sight or both?

A: The Arsh of Muwaddihah and the complete Diyah are both payable.*

* According to Imaam Abu Hanifah RAH. and Imaam Muhammed RAH. According to Imaam Abu yusuf RAH. Arsh of Muwaddihah is included in Diyah of hearing and speech but not sight.
