Wearing Rings of Steel and Tin

Q: Prohibitions and Permissions-36: Men can wear rings made only of silver and nothing else (not gold, steel, tin, etc). Apart from rings of gold and silver, it is Makrooh for women to wear rings made of any other material. There is, however, no harm in wearing rings that are silver plated.
