A: The paternal uncle gets half and the maternal uncles share the other half. This is according to Imaam Abu Hanifaha RAH. According to Imaam Abu Yusuf RAH. a bequest for Aqarib covers all whose lineage is attributed to the furthest male ancestor in Islaam.
