Question 2400) - A man manumitted then made Muhabah; or made Muhabah then manumitted. Which will be implemented first?
A: According to Imaam Abu Hanifah RAH. if Muhabah is made first it has preference, if second then both are equal. According to Imaam Abu Yusu f RAH. and Imaam Muhammed RAH. both are equal in both scenarios.
