Question 75) - When she becomes purified, does she have to compensate any Sarah or fast?

A: She does not have to compensate for any Sarah. That has been removed from her responsibility, except that which had to be compensated anyway from before. As for the fasts of Ramadan, that has to be kept when she becomes purified.
