Bleeding less than Three days is termed Istihaadha

Q:Taharaat-18: A woman, bleeds every three months. Although her habit was to bleed for five days. it now stops after only one night' Behisti zewar states that the brood coming for less then three day is Istihaadha and not menses. What then will the bleeding of this women be? will it be Haidh or istihaadha? She is 35 Years old.

Answer: when a woman breeds for less than three days. the breeding will be regarded as istihaadha and Hiah. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
