Can wudhu be made from a Well when water from the Toilet Mixes with the well water?

Q: Taharaat-61: We have a well in our Masjid, which is only four or five hand spans away from the toilets. since the well is on lower lying ground, whenever rain falls and floods the toilets, the water inundates the area around the well. When we had heavy rainfall recently, the same situation arose and all three qualities of the water changed. Regrettably, wudhu for four salaahs was made with the water. If the water is regarded to be impure, how must it be purified? Must the well be left closed for some time or must the water be emptied? Do the salaah performed have to be repeated?

Answer: When the water from the toilets changed the three qualities of the well water, the well is most certainly impure and all the salaah performed after making wudhu from this water will have to be repeated. It will be necessary to remove all the water from the well without further delay since leaving it closed for awhile will not purify it. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
