Can an Impure Person recite the Qur'aan Without Bathing according to the Ghayr Muqallideen?

Q: Ilm-14: Is it permissible or not according to the Ghayr Muqallideen for an impure person to recite or touch the Qur'aan without taking a bath?

Answer: Their leaders Moulana Nawaab Siddique Hasan Khan and Moulana Noorul Hasan Khan state that it is permissible in their books Urful Jaadi (Pg.15) and Daleelut Taalib (Pg.252) .
