Touching the Translation of the Qur'aan without Wudhu

Q: Ilm-30: Can the translation of the Qur'aan mentioned be touched without wudhu? Can it be given to a non-Muslim?

Answer: To a Muslim, the translation of the Qur'aan is just like the Qur'aan itself and cannot be touched without wudhu. It may however be given to a non-Muslim. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
