Can the Masbooq Make Salaam with the Imaam

Q: Salaah-148: Should the Masbooq make Salaam with the Imaam before the Imaam proceeds to make Sajdah Sahw?

Answer: The Masbooq who has missed Rakaahs to complete will make the Sajdah Sahw with the Imaam but not the Salaam. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
