Burning the Dry Grass in the Cemetery

Q: Janaa'iz-66: Can dry grass be burnt to keep the cemetery tidy?

Answer: Since it is prohibited to take fire into the cemetery, how can it be permissible to burn the grass on and around the graves? Some other means of tidying up will have to be used.
