Is One's mother's Permission Necessary to Perform Hajj?

Q: Hajj-36: Is it necessary to procure the permission of one's mother to perform Hajj after it has become Fardh?

Answer: Permission will not be necessary if one's mother is not dependent on one. Hajj will still remain Fardh even if the mother refuses permission. One should however not perform Nafl Hajj if one's mother refuses permission.
