Having the Hajj Badal Done on One's behalf? During one's Lifetime

Q: Hajj-12: Will Hajj Badal performed on one's behalf during one's lifetime be valid or can it be done only after death?

Answer: It will be valid, but if one's excuse for not performing Hajj ceases. It will be necessary for one to perform the Hajj oneself. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
