Reciting Qiraa'ah Audibly in the second two Rakaahs of the Fardh Salaah

Q: Salaah-150: Will Sajdah Sahw be necessary if an Imaam forgetfully recited Qiraa'ah audibly in the 3rd and 4th Rakaahs of the Maghrib and Isha Fardh salaahs?

Answer: Yes, it will be waajib (compulsory) to perform sajdah sahw. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
