For a Sinner to be an Imaam

Q: Salaah-391: When our Imaam is sometimes unavailable, how is it for such a person to be the Imaam who attends the cinemas, listens to music and carries out acts of immorality?

Answer: Such an immoral person cannot be made the Imaam. Salaah behind him will be Makrooh. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
