Going Elsewhere for the Jumu'ah Salaah when it is not Permissible in One's Locality

Q: Salaah-160: Is it forbidden for people to travel elsewhere to perform the Jumu'ah salaah when it is not permissible for them to perform it in their area? People from our area travel forty miles by train or car to perform the Jumu'ah salaah. Is this correct?

Answer: When the Jumu'ah salaah is not permissible in an area, it will not be necessary to go elsewhere. There is however no prohibition for going elsewhere and the person doing will so will be greatly rewarded.
