Waiting for people for the Khutbah or Salaah

Q: Salaah-165: People here usually perform their Sunnah salaah on Fridays between the Adhaan and the first Khutbah. The people had completed their Sunan and the Imaam was ready to start the Khutbah when someone announced that a fire had broken out and the people should run. Those who had been sitting after completing their Sunan ran out, while others remained seated. What I wish to ask is that the salaah and Khutbah will be delayed if the Imaam has to wait for those who went out to help extinguish the fire. If he does not, what will happen to their salaah and Khutbah?

Answer: It is necessary to wait for the others without forgetting the time for the salaah. If the salaah has to be started without them, they will have to perform their Zuhr salaah individually. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
