Can The person Delivering the Khutbah Prevent People from any Wrong?

Q: Salaah-282: While delivering the Khutbah, can the Imaam instruct People talking to be silent and people standing to be seated?

Answer: While delivering the Khutbah, the Imaam can instruct people to do good forbid them from evil. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
