Sitting Dawn while the Qur'aan is being Recited in the Taraaweeh salaah

Q: Salaah-208: Some people remain sitting as the Taraaweeh salaah is Being perform and then stand up to join the Imaam just as he goes in to Ruku. What is the ruling concerning this?

Answer: This act is forbidden.
