Janaazah Salaah for a Hermaphrodite

Q: Janaa'iz-55: Will the Janaazah salaah be performed for a hermaphrodite?

Answer: If the hermaphrodite is a Muslim, he will be buried in a Muslim cemetry It is his right as a Muslim to receive a proper bath, shroud and a burial with the Janaazah salaah. This applies regardless of whether he was a righteous person or a sinner. A Hadith states that the Janaazah salaah is to be performed for every righteous and sinful Muslim. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
