Question 1042) - What is a Ajir Mushtarik or public worker?

A: He works for whoever hires him for a task, such as a dyers and bleachers. The goods he receives is a trust. He is not liable if it is destroyed without negligence. This is according to Imaam Abu Hanifa RAH. According to the other two Imams he is liable.
