Question 1327) - If a man gives a Wadi?ah to two men, can one of them give the entire trust to the other?

A: It is something which can be divided then it will not be allowed. It must be divided and each will look after a half. If it cannot be divided then one of them will look after the entire itme with the permission of the other.
