Going into the Masjid Compound to take a Bath

Q: It'kaaf-23: Can the person in I'tikaaf go into the Masjid compound to heat water to take a bath for Janaabah and for the Jumu'ah salaah since the cold water would be harmful to his health?

Answer: Whilst he is allowed to leave to have a bath for Janaabah, he may not do so for any other bath. When there is none to heat the water for him, he may leave for the compound because this is a necessity. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
