Making the Condition that the Imaam and Mu'adhin have to remsin in the Masjid at all times

Q: Salaah-393: To what extent is it permissible to make a condition that The Imaam and Mu'adhin must remain hours in the Masjid?

Answer: If the Imaam or Mu'adhin makes this condition, they must abide by It, but it ill be wrong, oppressive and not permissible for the trustees of the Masjid to stipulate such a condition. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
