Should Sajdah Sahw be Performed when the Imaam makes an Error in his Qiraa'ah?

Q: Salaah-136: The Imaam made an error before completing three verses, but managed to correct himself before the followers could correct him. Is the salaah valid and is Sajdah Sahw necessary?

Answer: Sajdah Sahw will not be necessary in the stated case and the salaah will be valid. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
