Collections on the day of Eid

Q: Salaah-563: on the occasion of the Eid salaah, two people walk between the rows (either in the Masjid or at the Eid Gah) with a sheet to collect money for the Masjid, Madrassah, burial shrouds of people without heirs, etc. Can this be done?

Answer: There is no harm in doing this before the salaah or after the Khutbah. but not while the Khutbah is in progress.
