Will the Person Joining the Imaam in the third Rakaah of the Taraaweeh salaah need to repeat the Du'aa Qunoot?

Q: Salaah-19: A person joined the Imaam in the third Rakaah of the Witr salaah in Ramadhaan. Will he need to repeat the Du'aa Qunoot when completing his missed Rakaahs?

Answer: The person who joins the third Rakaah will be deemed to have been part of the Du'aa Qunoot, whether he joins the Rakaahs while the Imaam is still standing or in Ruku. He will therefore not need to repeat the Du'aa Qunoot in his missed Rakaahs.l And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
