Answer: Women ought to perform their five daily salaahs as well as the Taraaweeh salaah individually. It is Makrooh Tahreemi for them to form their own Jamaa'ah (congregation) to perform salaah. An exception is of course when a Janaazah salaah has to be performed and there are no men at all to do so. Women may then form their own Jamaa'ah and perform the salaah.
