A Person Leading the Taraaweeh salaah when he has Shaved his Beard

Q: Salaah-207: What is the ruling regarding performing the Taraaweeh salaah behind a Haafidh who shaves his beard?

Answer: Shaving the beard is Haraam and the person shaving off his beard is regarded to be Faasiq (open sinner) in terms of the Shari'ah. it will therefore not be permissible to appoint him as the Imaam and performing the Taraaweeh salaah behind him is Makrooh Tahreemi.
