For Someone other than the Imaam of Taraaweeh to Lead the Isha and Witr Salaahs

Q: Salaah-460: Our Imaam here leads the Isha and Witr salaahs, while another Haafidh leads the Taraaweeh salaah. Is there any harm in this?

Answer: There is no harm in this because Hadhrat Umar RADI. used to lead the Isha and Witr salaahs, while Hadhrat Ubay bin Ka'b (RADI.) led the Taraaweeh salaah.
