Questicn 1392) - Does the Waqf beeome the property of the mawquf 'alayhi [one for whom the endowment has been made after] it leaves the property of the Waqif?

A: Once the Waqf is validated as per the diffenences we have mentioned, it leaves the property of the Waqif but does not become part of the property of the Mawquf ?alayhi.
