Question 1394) - What is the ruling of jointly owned waqf?

A: Acconding to Imaam Abu Yusuf RAH. it is permissible. According to Imaam muhammed it is not permissible.*

* This difference is on that which can be divided" As for that which cannot be divided then joint waqf is allowed according to Muhammed RAH. as well. There is, on joint waqf in Masajid and graveyards according to Abu yusuf RAH. as well.
