Question 1396) - What is the ruling of Waqf of Items which can be moved and transported?

A: According to Imaam Abu Hanifah RAH. it is not permissible. According to Imaam Abu Yusuf RAH. if a land is given as Waqf with its cattle and labourers who are slaves, then it is permissible. Accorcling to Imaam Muhammed RAH. transport and weapons can be made Waqf in the way of Allah.
