Question 1332) - With what words is it enacted?

A: When the Mu'ir [owner who allows the use of his property] says, "I have given you this as 'Ariyah/Igive you this slave to use/my house is for you to reside/my house is for you to reside for the rest of your life." If he says, "I feed you from this earth/I favour you with this cloth/I let you ride on this animal," then it is a valid 'Ariyah unless he intended it as a gift.
