Question 1324) - Can the Muda' travel with the Wadi?ah?

A: Yes, unless the owner had prohibited it, and as long as there is no fear about it when taking it out.*

* These are the conditions of Imaam Abu Hanifa RAH. According to the other two imaam she may not travel with it if it needs to be ported or otherwise incurs inconvenience.
