A: If it is on the forehead and he makes Salaah it is valid but Makruh. If done with an excuse then it is not Makruh. 28

28: Ad-Darr al-Mukhtar states, "It is Makruh Tanzihi to make Sajdah on the turban tail except for a reason although it remains valid as long as it is completely or partly on the forehead as has been discussed.
