Question 2013) - A man stole an item and his hand was cut for it. He returned the item to the owner and then stole it again. What is the ruling?

A: If the item remains in its condition as when he returned it, his hand will not be cut. If the condition changed then his hand will be cut e.g. he stole thread and his hand was cut. He returned it and it was then embroided. He then came and stole it a second time. He will again be cut.
