Question 2253) - Several houses are jointly owned in the same city, how will they be divided?

A: According to Imaam Abu Hanifah RAH. each house will be separately divided. According to Imaam Abu Yusuf RAH. and Imaam Muhamm ed RAH. If it be more convenient for them, each may take his share in whole houses.
