Question 2414) - Who is entitled to the third?

A: The mother if the deceased did not leave behind a child, nor a child of the son, nor two or more brothers or sisters. Also entitled are if there are two or more children of the mother if the decased has neither child, nor son's child, nor father, nor grandfather.
