Mixing Dung with Mud

Q: Taharaat-19: people in the rural areas are generally poor and because they cannot afford to use stones for the floors of their homes, they mix dung with the mud The floor cracks open if they do not use this dung. Can they mix the dung or not?

Answer: Out of necessity. it will be permissible for them to mix the dung in this case. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
