An Ill Person Doubts his Purity after an operation. Should he Perform Salaah?

Q: Taharaat-29: Zaid was unable to urinate and a doctor had to insert a Cather just above the navel. The urine therefore drains into a bag that it attached to his body and remains with him all the time. The mouth of the bag stays tied with a string, which is opened to allow droplets of urine to enter. Can such a person perform salaah?

Answer: Salaah is not waived even in such a case. It needs to be performed and if he person has doubts when performing them, he may repeat them afterwards, If he is unable to sit and perform salaah, he may lie down and perform salaah by indications. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
