Wind did not Emerge from the Posterior but One doubts hearing the Sound

Q: Taharaat-32: While the actual emergence of winds from the posterior will nullify the wudhu, a person only has a doubt that he heard a wind that may have emerged. Will wudhu be nullified by such a doubt?

Answer: When one is not certain and only doubts whether air emerged, the wudhu will not be nullified. One must however treat the condition and abstain from foods that cause flatulence.
