Is it Permissible for Another person to make the Tayammum or someone? Who should make the intention?

Q: Taharaat-34: When a person cannot at all make Tayammum because of some disability, the Tayammum that another person makes for him will be permissible, but the intention needs to be made by the disabled person.

Will a White Discharge from a Person's Front Organ Nullify Wudhu?

Will a person's trousers become impure when a white discharge from the penis gets on to it? Can he perform salaah with this on his trousers?

Answer: The white discharge from the front organ is regarded as Najaasat Ghaleeza. will nullify the wudhu and render the clothing or body impure if it gets on to any of them. However, if it is less than the size of a Dirham (the amount that can be held in a palm), then one's salaah will be valid if one did not get the chance to wash it off. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
