SALAAH.. The Book of Prayer - Sunnah and Nafl

Q: Salaah-127: What salaahs can be performed between the Asr and Maghrib salaahs?

Answer: When the sun has not yet become yellow (the heat is still strong), Qadhaa of Fardh (obligatory) and Waajib (compulsory) salaahs can be performed (in private and not infront of others). The Zanaazah salaah and Sajdah Tilaawah can also be performed. All this will howerver not be allowed after the sun turns yellow. If a Zanaazah salaah or a Sajdah Tilaawah happen to take place at this time, performing them will be permissible, but Makrooh. If one needs to perform one's Asr salaah of that day, it must be performed then not allowed to become Qadhaa even though performing it then is Makrooh Tahreemi. This is because the sin of a Qadhaa salaah is even worse. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
