The Imaam Makes Salaam as Soon as the Latecomer Joins the salaah

Q: Salaah-94: The Masbooq (latecomer) joined the Imaam just as the Imaam made the Salaam (he did not join in the Qa'dah). Will this Takbeer be sufficient or will he have to make another Takbeer?

Answer: He will have joined the Jamaa'ah if he made the Takbeer before the Salaam and will not need to repeat it. And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
