In Which salaahs can Qunoot Naazilah be Recited?

Q: Salaah-79: Should the Qunoot Naazilah be recited only in the Fajr salaah. or in the Maghrib and Isha salaahs as well? Can it be recited in the Jumu'ah salaah as well?

Answer: Research scholars like Imaam Tahaawi RAH. state that the Qunoot Naazilah should be recited only in the Fajr salaah. There are those Ulema who maintain that it may be recited in all audible salaahs as well, such as the Maghrib, Isha and Jumu'ah salaahs. It will therefore not be forbidden to recite ii if need be.
