Reciting the End of Surah Baqarah and Surah Ikhlaas in salaah

Q: Salaah-256: In the Maghrib salaah our Imaam sometimes recites the Concluding two verses of Surah Baqarah in the first Rakaah and then either Surah Ikhlaas, Surah Kaafiroon, Surah Nasr or another (short) Surah in the second Rakaah. Is this in order? Is it not Makrooh?

Answer: It is permissible without being Makrooh.t And Allaah knows best what is most correct.
